Oakley is an experimental filmmaker, film programmer, composer, and amateur poet based in Milwaukee, WI. Currently, he's in the process of completing a BFA in Film and a BA in Music and Community Arts from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Oakley primarily creates diary and non-fiction found footage films; he juxtaposes and connects themes of identity throughout history with his personal experiences. Oakley's music has been described as: mournful, beautiful, intense, and childlike.
