World-renowned biochemist Leonid Von Stein is outraged by the behavior of mankind and threatens to disperse into the air his latest development— a vaccine— after which people will lose the ability to bear children. The hero tries to remind people, but the media spins this story to the point of absurdity. The hero's friend, the famous director Stephen, hides him in his theater, but intelligence agents find him there as well.
