By delivering three monologues - a girl comparing the lifespan of robots and humans at the site of a radiological leak in Fukushima, the beginning and the end of Peter Hantke's novel 《Repetition》, and a letter to a friend left in Tokyo – this film depicts the ongoing construction of the New Olympic Stadium.
