An experiment on loneliness in Berlin's sea of houses. A man and a girl roam the streets. Coal carriers, road construction workers and bodybuilders seem to be caught in a time warp of their desires. In an old Berlin pub, the girl goes to get beer for her father and suddenly starts singing a pop song.
