Lech Majewski – The World According to Bruegel 2009 Directed by Dagmara Drzazga Lech Majewski - Świat według Bruegela
Peter Breugel’s famous picture The Mill and the Cross became an inspiration for Lech Majewski’s new film. The director has admitted that this is his greatest film challenge. Both Hollywood stars (Charlotte Rampling, Rutger Hauer, Michael York) and hundreds of extras were involved in the shooting. Over 1500 film set elements and costumes were prepared. Dagmara Drzazga follows the creation process of such a remarkable endeavour.
