Using the respective properties of videos gleaned from YouTube, ASMR, subjective camera, latency, slowness, oscillations, 'Leaders assomés' creates the scenario of an individual floating in a state of half-sleep. It weaves these fragments of spaces between reality and oneiric and chimerical impressions and slides towards a managerial discourse that delights in infiltrating every corner of the world, exposing the keys to quality leadership. From this state arises the question: is his discourse only a dream, is his fantasy only a dream?
