A documentary about the life of a Ukrainian family from Kharkiv through the eyes of a participant in the events. From a family evening to “another night” – the night the full-scale invasion began. The residents face the Russian invasion at home with children, dogs, and elderly parents. They create a “new routine,” hearing explosions, gunfire, and military aircraft, while playing chess, drinking wine, arguing, and rushing to the store during brief lulls. This is a story about people forcibly torn from their homeland.
